Helping to implement the new Big Leap Strategy 2026, which involves the development and expansion of the new product line, including acquisition and management of B2B customers in the footwear industry

Overseeing the operational implementation of international sales strategy in accordance with company specifications, including the quantitative and qualitative achievement of defined sales targets

Managing the sales cycle, from diversification of the lead pipeline to the customer journey

Conducting market and competitor analyses in order to identify and objectify trends and potentially innovative business areas

Working closely with internal stakeholders and conducting in-depth reporting activities

What you move

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and conducting in-depth reporting activities

What you bring

  • At least two years’ experience in international key account management/business development in the footwear and / or apparel industry or the relevant supply industry
  • A strong “door opener” mentality, as well as a track record in developing new business areas at an international level
  • A networker with outstanding strategic and communication skills, as well as a talent for negotiation
  • A customer-oriented personality with plenty of drive and a clear focus on goals and solutions
  • A Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Fluency in English, any other language is an advantage
